SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

That said, all used equipment is by local pickup or delivery only.

We ship at the lowest rates possible; however, shipping charges are subject to change. All shipping charges at checkout are based on those lowest rates. If the shipment is to go outside the U.S. or if shipping costs have changed, we will contact you before shipping. If you do not want the item shipped under the increased shipping rate, we will happily and immediately refund your money.

Generally, we ship within the next business day after the order is placed. Please note that we are not at this time set up for automatic overnight shipping, but if you need an overnight shipment, please call 503-319-4296 so we can arrange that with you on an individual basis. Any next day or 2-day shipping will be at an increased shipping rate, according to standard U.S. Postal or UPS rates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy for Inventory Item Returns:

Inventory item returns are allowed up to 90 days from the date of shipment provided the item(s) are in new, unused, undamaged, resaleable condition.

  • Inventory item returns are allowed up to 90 days from the date of shipment.

  • Items must be in new, unused, undamaged, re-saleable condition.

  • Item not in re-saleable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Items over 90 days but less than 1 year will have a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping costs to return items are at the expense of the customer.

  • A return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning an inventory item. This number must be printed clearly on the outside of the box. Items received without a return authorization number or boxes not clearly indicating the return authorization number will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Return Authorization numbers remain open for 30 days. If the item is not returned within 30 days, the customer must obtain a new return authorization number if the item is still returnable.

  • Email customercare@starpartswest.com to obtain a return authorization number.

 

Non-Inventory Items:

  • Non-inventory items are non-returnable
    and non-cancellable.

  • Used equipment is non-returnable
    and non-cancellable.
